Our body reacts to physical, mental & emotional responses. Many events that happen to you & around you put stress on your body. Stress can be in the form of Positive Stress & Negative Stress. Stress can be positive when it keeps you alert & ready to avoid danger. Whereas Stress can become negative when one faces continuous challenges without relief or relaxation.

Negative stress if continued can lead to distress. Distress can lead to headaches, stomach upset, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, sleeping problems, etc.
